Description of the touch screen card
CAO HMI electronic card based on high definition touch screen for integration into a humanoid control system with µC32 STM chipset. This card was routed in HDI with strong routing constraints on the bus lines and with optimization for the EMC aspects for the communication signals. All the layout was done on Altium Designer.
Electronic card routed in 8 layers class 7 with BGA pitch 0.3mm and impedance control at PCB production output.
