Description of the IoT Lora / BLE card:
Design and electronic routing of an IoT communication card based on Lora and BlueTooth Low Energy networks. This dedicated card for the Connected Factory market is equipped with several CE / UL RF communication devices and filtered GPIO peripherals to meet customers’ robustness needs. This card has been routed with strong routing constraints for CEM / LV and R & TTE aspects. All the layout was done on Altium Designer.
Circuit board routed in 6 layers class 7 with BGA pitch 0.3mm and tropicalization at EMS production output.
